Free Shipping - We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on orders $1,400 or more on deliveries within the Southeastern states. If your order is less than $1,400, we will add the following amounts to your order for shipping:

Individual rolls of cushioned vinyl flooring from Fiberglass Cushioned will be shipped at a cost of a minimum order. Moldings are placed in tube and shipped and are priced according to the length of the molding. We charge $25 to ship a tube of 94" Quarter Round.

Prices on this site include freight to anyone in the lower 48 states of the United States on orders $1,400 and more within the Southeastern states. We use several trucking companies throughout the US. The free shipping offer is for delivery to your home or business. We repeat, there is no extra charge for freight to have it brought to your home which is not inside delivery.

NOTE: The truckers are not required to unload the pallets and bring them into your home. As a guide, inside delivery is around an extra $75 per hour at customer expense depending on the time and special situations.

Tracking Numbers and Shipping Information

Our office manager will usually email a copy of the invoice to you, then, our shipping manager will later email you with your tracking number for the shipment, the delivering terminal’s phone number along with an ETA that we expect the shipment to reach your local terminal.

To speed the shipping process...
If you call your local terminal on that day and tell them your tracking number, you can save some time and set up your delivery appointment. If you don’t call, they will call you once it reaches the terminal and set up a 2-3 hour delivery appointment for the following day. It just takes a little longer for them to reach you, than if you take the initiative to call first.

Shipping Time

We can have orders delivered anywhere in the country within 2-7 business days. Please be aware that in rural areas, the shipping company sometimes delivers only on certain days of the week. We ship Monday through Friday and normally ship out the day after you place the order.

Shipping Damage

On rare occasions, a shipment will arrive with some minimal damage. As you receive your shipment, you must check it externally for obvious damage. If you order moldings or accessories make sure they are intact. If you find you are short something after the trucker leaves it is difficult for us to recover costs when it is not mentioned on the signed shipping receipt. If something is missing or damaged, make sure you describe it on the delivery receipt, have the driver sign, and give us a call letting us know what occurred.

As long as we have a signed delivery receipt detailing any damage or missing items, we can ship you what you need to replace the damaged/missing pieces and we’ll handle the claim with the shipping company so you don’t have to. Return Policy

We will gladly refund the purchase price (less a 20% restocking fee and packaging and shipping costs we already paid) of any vinyl flooring that is returned to us. Vinyl Sheet Rolls needs to be returned undamaged and wrapped with a roll number.
